Refund Policy
For customers of alaninu, eligible items may be returned within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please contact migeqajulok79@gmail.com and provide the order number or other proof of purchase before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
For an eligible return, alaninu pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or another approved return method. No restocking fee is charged. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at migeqajulok79@gmail.com or 303-893-5518. Include the order information and clear photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
Refund Timing
After the return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation before shipment. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed once fulfillment has begun. After shipment, the return process above applies.
